Feel free to post a picture but I expect we will need to end up suggesting that you visit a local jeweler to get a confirmation; it's very hard to know for sure just by a photo; the jeweler will have a number of tools at their disposal and will have the luxury of actually examining whaatever it is you have found up close and in-person.

unless you can trust the jeweller or the jeweller comes with a good reputation, if you aren't sure about anything, be sure to find out more first. NEVER make any payment till you are.
