Hello Herbelin, Welcome to DiamondChatForum. I am very sorry but Blue Blaze Diamond is not something that I am familiar with. I have also Googled this term and drawn a blank. This may take some time, but I'll ask around and see if I can come up with any information for you. Anyone else? Bobb |

Hello again Herbelin,
Have you had any luck finding out anything about this Blue Blaze Diamond? I have asked my friends and colleagues and we are all still currently drawing a blank. Are you absolutely sure that the diamond was called the Blue Blaze Diamond?
If you do manage to find out anything, I personally would be very interested to learn more as I am currently unaware of this particular stone.
Thanks, Bobb |

Hello Bobb, I have no other information, although another contact mentioned that it could have been called a blue white diamond. So, so far nothing else. - Thanks for you help in this regard. Herbelin |

Hi Herbelin,
I've still had no luck either. Your friend has said that the diamond in question could have been called a blue white diamond. This has me a little confused.
Clear / colorless diamonds are often referred to as white, whereas blue is one of the fancy diamond colors. Now a poor quality white diamond could well appear yellow up to a point, but not blue. In white diamonds blue is the colour usually associated with the effect known as flourescence, but this would not give the stone a permanent blue coloration.
I believe that you are referring to a fancy colored diamond, correct? By this I mean a diamond where the body coloration is blue as opposed to white.
Please can you confirm this for me. In the meantime, I'll continue asking around and I will see if I am able to find anything else out for you.
Bobb

Hello Again, You are right, I am referring to a fancy coloured diamond, where the colour is blue and not white. I appreciate your help on this. Herbelin Herbelin |

Hello again Herbelin, I'm really sorry but I still have no news re your blue blaze diamond. Do you have any more tidbits / information that we may be able to use to pin this diamond down? I'm getting nowhere with just the name, which you have said yourself may be incorrect. Bobb |
