Jewelry setting called "surprise"??

Hello, I just open my website which has many categories such as diamonds, color stones, etc. We also have a factory and a team to produce a design jewelry mostly in 18K gold and silver. However, I have been asked by a client from the website about a jewelry setting called "surprise"?? Does anyone know about this kind of setting??

Take a look at the image below, specifically the diamond that is set at the bottom of the center stone; this is a surprise set diamond - ie: a diamond thathas been set somewhere you would not usually expect to see one.
